Onboarding


Putting together and executing a strong onboarding program is the most effective way to successfully complete your hiring decision and help ensure a successful integration on both the part of the new Executive and the organization.  ClearView assists in developing the onboarding strategy and plan for the new Executive.  Our service to our clients continues after the search has been successfully concluded.  We assist in the successful candidate’s orientation to the position and organization, through regular follow-up discussions with the hiring manager and the new Executive over the first year.  
This will help ensure there is a smooth transition and integration.
